Bookings

Apologies, we are no longer taking online bookings for the summer season.

If you wish to book a pitch(es) between the dates 20th July – 27th August, please email us on info@pitchperfectcamping.co.uk or call us on 01373 830 733 and check availability with us directly. We do still have pitches free but given that it is peak season, and allocation is tight we want to make sure that we can accommodate everyone.

Many thanks, James and Emma

Payments for tent pitches:

Deposit of 50% is required with booking (which is fully refundable up to 28 days before arrival date should you need to cancel).  If you cancel without giving us the 4 weeks notice prior to your arrival date, you have unfortunately forfeited the 50% deposit.

The remaining amount will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival. This is your responsibility to ensure payment is made, and without it, you may risk losing your pitch. There are 3 ways to pay:

Bank Transfer: Details of paying by BACS will be provided in your confirmation email after booking.

Paypal: pitchperfectcamping@gmail.com

Phone: Ring us on 01373 830733 and pay with a card

Pitchperfect Camping

Due to current amazing hot weather we are experiencing, our grass has become incredibly dry.

We have decided, for everyone's safety, to ban all firepits and low level BBQs until further notice.
BBQs with legs that stand clearly off the ground will be permitted.

We've not taken this decision lightly as we know campfires add to the camping experience, however, it really wouldn't take much for a fire to start.

I hope you understand our decision but safety is paramount.

Thanks, Emma and James.
